Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Candidate is responsible for Working with cross function teams and collaborate with multiple technologies.
• He / She should ensure that high priority Sev1 / Sev2 incidents are resolved within SLA.
• Closely interact with HR, Finance and Global Business Systems on any issues relating to user provisioning workflow.
• Provide all the required information to the SOX audit reports and work closely with the external auditors.
• Ensure all the workflows of FIM/MIM are working correctly, periodic cleaning of the drives to ensure that the systems are stable.
• Day to day Incident closures and perform the necessary Changes through change Management whenever requires.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Experience Microsoft and Cisco Platform Technologies.
• Exchange 2013/2016: Responsible for Troubleshoot Mail flow inbound / outbound, monitoring and Troubleshoot exchange issues
• Cisco IronPort: Responsible for creating mail flow policies / routing
• Office 365: Exchange Management / exchange migration from On-prem to Azure Cloud, troubleshooting all application issues in office 365 like Teams, planner, yammer.MS forms etc.
• AD / ADFS: Active directory management, group policy, Knowledge on configuration of application on ADFS / Azure SSO, sysvol management
• Azure AD: Knowledge on Azure AD identity management, RBAC Role base access control, AZURE AD connects issues / Configuration
• MIM / FIM: Identity Management from SQL/ Oracle DB to FIM/MIM to AD
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines with limited supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have skills on MIM / FIM Identity Management, Exchange 2013/2016, Office 365, AD / ADFS. Optional: Cisco IronPort, Azure AD
